My training in physical therapy, yoga, meditation, clinical hypnosis, and nutrition has helped me see how critical this connection is – and how often it’s overlooked! I have clearly seen how much of a difference it makes for my clients when they integrate both their mind and body for wellness. They feel calmer, are more productive, and improve their physical and mental health.
This is why I created Performance and Resilience Tactics: to combine my varied background, training, and experience with mind-body strategies to empower individuals or groups to optimize themselves.
