My life became more balanced because I had the tools I needed to take care of my body and mind – and my family’s! I practiced easy, simple to remember techniques to reduce my stress. And I suddenly became more productive and efficient in my daily life I was calmer, noticeably less frazzled, and more attentive to my needs and those around me. Years ago I hit rock bottom. I was exhausted being the main caretaker for a close family member with severe health issues, on top of all of my other responsibilities that had me running around and stressed out. I tried so many different methods to help myself de-stress and feel positive, but a lot of them required time I didn’t have or complicated steps.
I was looking for simple, useful methods that I could use in my day. I realized I knew a lot of techniques and philosophies myself that are very powerful. I also added to my knowledge by doing my own research. I started applying these techniques and mindset shifts in small, but consistent ways. And then, I would take note of what was actually helping me and what wasn’t. So with this whole process, I found solutions that worked for me.
