This is a 5 video series that introduces middle schoolers to meditation in a concise manner, explaining what it is and why it is beneficial, and various techniques that they can implement. It starts off with a very simple technique and builds from there.
You should receive the email with the first video in about an hour and then will receive one video a day, which gives you the option on how frequently to watch them. It is recommended that a few days (or at least a day) pass in between each video so that there is time for practice.
